Test policies:
If there is a weather watch (or other EAS Traffic) in effect for any county in the East Central Michigan EAS area at the time an EAS test is scheduled, it will be moved into the next hour.If the watch is still in effect (or other EAS Traffic) the test will move to the next day at the original time scheduled.
If a scheduled Required Monthly Test is not sent by the LP-1 or LP-2 at its scheduled time, it will be sent in the next hour (ie: scheduled for 1450 next send time 1550). If the test is not sent in the next hour the test will be moved to the next day at the original time scheduled.
If a scheduled Required Monthly test is not received from the state relay (Michigan State Police Emergency Operations Center) at its scheduled time or within the next 23 hours, The LP1 or LP2 will conduct the Required Monthly test at the same scheduled time but 24 hours later.
